The staff were very professional, friendly and attentive. Very comfy bed and pillows. The shower was very spacious definitely room for two. Loved the beach was very close and the towel and beach chair staff were great. The use of the complimentary car service was an added bonus.

My 9th stay at the SLS Southbeach and my favourite stay to date. I am genuinely lost for words as the service received has been nothing but outstanding by Simone, Ntiamoah, Fernando, Sebastian, Jose and the rest of the team. From the upgrade prior to my arrival, to assigning me the best room in the building, the lovely welcome note, the breakfast comp, etc. Everything was pure perfection! I absolutely love the rooms more than any other hotel I have ever stayed at, the pool is gorgeous and overall every facility is fantastic.

The staff was awesome very attentive to your needs. From the complementary breakfast to the poolside, service as well. Never pressured us to check out on our last day. We took our time as we had a late flight. After checking out, they held our bags so.we.could continue to enjoy Miami until we were ready to go to the airport that night. Awesomeness. CA NYC
